Bookings and payments are completed in the external Little Hotelier / SiteMinder booking engine. Any identity, billing or payment fields requested by that provider appear in its own process. This website has no form for collecting card numbers.

The hosting provider may process connection information, including IP address, browser and access logs, to deliver the website and address incidents.

Promotional communications require a separate choice when offered. Booking a stay does not automatically subscribe you to advertising. This website currently has no active newsletter form.

Reservations use Little Hotelier / SiteMinder. Opening WhatsApp or Instagram connects you to Meta services. Videos use YouTube and the interactive map uses Google Maps. These services may process information under their own notices.

Data disclosures needed to provide the service or meet an obligation must follow applicable rules and the stated purposes. Additional processing that requires consent must be explained and authorised separately.

You may request access to your personal data, correction, cancellation or objection to processing where applicable. You may also ask to limit its use or withdraw consent for purposes where withdrawal is possible.

Email reservaciones@hoteltepalcates.com with the subject “Personal data”. Include your name, a way to receive a response, the right you wish to exercise and information that helps locate your enquiry or booking. For a correction, describe the requested change. Identity and any authority to represent another person must be verified before personal information is released. Do not send sensitive documents until an appropriate channel is provided.

Mexican law provides up to 20 working days to communicate a decision and, if granted, a further 15 working days to implement it; justified extensions may apply. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect and may be limited by legal obligations.

Information should be kept for the purposes described and the applicable legal or contractual obligations. Once no longer needed, it should be blocked or deleted under the applicable framework.

Access and safeguards should be appropriate to the information and service. Avoid sending passwords or full payment card details by email or WhatsApp.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If a change requires fresh consent, it should be requested through the appropriate channel.

Hotel Tepalcates is an adults-only boutique hotel for guests aged 18 and over, with 10 suites in San Patricio Melaque. Each suite accommodates a maximum of two adults.

The hotel is two blocks from the beach. There is no swimming pool or private parking. Photographs show the facilities and categories; check the selected suite and the services included in your rate.

An availability search is not a confirmed reservation. Booking, payment and confirmation are completed through the external Little Hotelier / SiteMinder booking engine. Keep the confirmation and the conditions of your selected rate.

Availability and amounts may vary by date, occupancy and rate. Before paying, review currency, taxes, total, deposit and any charges shown by the booking engine. A 50% deposit or full payment may be required depending on the rate; the conditions disclosed for that reservation apply.

Rules for changes, cancellation and refunds appear in the selected rate and booking confirmation. Conditions differ between rates.

Email reservaciones@hoteltepalcates.com with your confirmation number, dates and requested change. If you booked through another platform, also check that channel’s procedures and conditions.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: noon.

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and must be discussed with the hotel. Direct-booking benefits depend on the rate and applicable conditions; they are not confirmed until the hotel communicates them.

Decorations, cakes, massages, transfers, boat trips and other package services are tailored to your choices. The price depends on the additional services requested.

Request a quotation showing inclusions, availability, payment and cancellation conditions before booking. Tours and activities may depend on season and provider availability.
